Meet Toledo's Dentists
Dr. Tracy Poole
Dr. Tracy Poole earned her D.D.S.
degree at Ohio State University in an accelerated doctoral program. Following graduation, she completed an optional
externship program in surgery at the Medical College of Virginia and another optional externship program in
pediatric dentistry at the Children’s Hospital in Columbus. She also earned certification in conscious
sedation at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She has completed multiple courses at the Las Vegas Institute for
Advanced Dental Studies, the Occlusion Connections, and has a special interest in and passion for neuromuscular and
cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Poole enjoys working with children and has volunteered with the National Give Kids A Smile campaign and has co-chaired the Toledo event in association with the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio location and the Toledo Dental Society.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Toledo Dental Society, where she served as a board member, and currently serves as a Delegate to the Ohio Dental Association’s House of Delegates. She also is a member of the Council on Membership Services for the Ohio Dental Association, and is serving on the Ohio Dental Association’s Ethics Subcommittee.
An Ohio State fan, Dr. Poole served as the OSU football team’s dentist during the 1994-95 season. With a friendly personality and a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, she is known for taking very good care of her patients.
Dr. Quinn Crago
Dr. Quinn Crago earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Dental Medicine after completing his bachelor's degree in Biology at Hillsdale College. He is proud to be part of Dental Group West, where he is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Dr. Crago is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Toledo Dental Society. He is passionate about continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best possible care. He has a special interest in expanding his skills in conscious sedation and oral surgery to help make dental treatment more comfortable for patients with anxiety or more complex needs.
Outside the office, Dr. Crago enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, their daughter, and their dog, Posie. He is an avid Michigan State Spartans football and basketball fan and enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and making the most of time with his family.
Dr. Crago values building lasting relationships with his patients and strives to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their dental care.
Dr. Richard Thomas
Dr. Thomas is a graduate of
Michigan State University and earned his D.D.S. degree from Case Western Reserve University. He completed a
hospital-based residency in advanced dental treatments at Geisinger Medical Center and postgraduate training in
complete dental reconstruction at Ohio State University.
Now semi-retired, Dr. Thomas occasionally provides coverage for Dr. Tracy Poole when she is out of town. He continues to serve as an Assistant Professor of Dentistry at the University of Toledo Medical Center, where he teaches medical students and dental residents about temporomandibular disorders and cosmetic dental techniques.
