The best way to keep your Invisalign aligners clean is by brushing them daily. To do this, you\u2019ll need to remove them from your mouth and brush them with a soft-bristled toothbrush (not the one you use on your teeth) and a gentle, non-abrasive toothpaste. Be sure to brush all sides, and then rinse them well before putting them back in your mouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take a Soak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Another great way to keep your aligners clean is with a retainer or Invisalign branded soak. These can help dissolve plaque and loosen debris and should be done in conjunction with brushing them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
